Supper Club Saturday: Miku Sushi

Miku Sushi

4514 N. Lincoln Ave

Chicago, IL 60625

Lincoln Square

With the nights getting colder and the flu season upon us, one of the dishes I gravitate to is ramen.  With its rich and hearty broth, it can be filling, warming and comforting as a dish.  The ramen at Miku Sushi is no exception.

If you decide to dine before 6pm, they have half-price maki rolls available (at least, as of the first week of December 2016).

Which can make a decent appetizer anyway, if you ask me.

Veggie Godzilla Roll

Or if you prefer, they have other appetizers to choose from:

Pork Belly Bun

Duck Small Plate

For the ramen, they offer two different types – Tonkatsu Ramen and Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso Ramen.

Tonkatsu Ramen

One taste of the broth, and you will feel as if you were tucked into the most softest bed ever made.  It is so silky, rich and smooth, that you can tell that someone looked after this when it was cooking.  They sang to it, read it stories at night before going to bed, they put a lot of heart and soul into it – they definitely took care of it.

If you have any room for dessert, they are just as delicious as they are a sight to behold!

Black Sesame Ice Cream

I hope that you have a chance to visit and try some of their dishes soon!  If you have, leave a comment below and share your experiences!
